Mortgage Closer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer who will manage the closing process for mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines
• Validate and confirm accuracy of fees and required information in loan files
• Address and clear all conditions prior to funding and closing, while maintaining client service standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is desired
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Closer or in a related role is strongly preferred
• Previous remote work experience is desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively
