A company is looking for a Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize loan closing documents for Non-QM mortgage loans
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and efficient closings
• Audit closed loan packages for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance prior to funding

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage closing and funding, preferably in the Non-QM space
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan products and mortgage closing/funding procedures
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and mortgage document preparation software
• Familiarity with TRID, RESPA, and other mortgage compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and wire reconciliation processes is a plus
