Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer - Remote Eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and prepare loans for closing while ensuring compliance with all closing procedures
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage a pipeline of 45 or more active loans
• Review closing documentation for accuracy and resolve any post-close issues

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of residential mortgage closing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using Encompass preferred
• Strong mathematical and judgment skills
• Ability to comply with industry-related regulations and work independently
