Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, prepare, and review documents for loan closings while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements
• Interface with warehouse and post-closing teams to ensure quality of funding packages and monitor workflow
• Communicate with various stakeholders to keep them updated throughout the closing process and ensure timely loan closures

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of Retail closing experience
• Familiarity with insurance policies, title reports, appraisals, and settlement statements
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage banking industry and industry regulations
• Experience with BYTE preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
