Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit loan closing packages and supporting documents for Conventional loans, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Review and verify accuracy of closing documents and final statements, making necessary adjustments and notifying relevant parties
• Communicate loan program requirements and obtain outstanding conditions to ensure timely loan closings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college courses/technical training in Business, Finance/Accounting, or related field preferred
• At least one year of experience in a support role related to mortgage banking for Conventional loans
• General knowledge of mortgage lending processes and federal, state, and regulatory requirements for Conventional loans
• Thorough understanding of Conventional loan guidelines and documentation required for funding and closing
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
