Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the fully remote Mortgage Closer will manage the closing and funding process for assigned mortgage loan files, ensuring compliance and accuracy while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the closing and funding process for first and second mortgage loan files
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines
• Prepare and review closing documents and coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless closings

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage closing experience, including first and/or second liens
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and closing processes
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
