Job Summary

To ensure compliant and efficient mortgage closings, the full-time Mortgage Closer will manage workflow, prepare necessary documentation, and verify compliance for loans, with the option to work remotely within designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow for the mortgage closing process and document preparation
• Prepare closing instructions and ensure all required documents are accurate and delivered for signatures
• Review documentation for compliance with applicable regulations and follow up on any exceptions or missing documentation

Required qualifications

• A minimum of two years of mortgage closing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Good judgment and decision-making skills in accordance with established policies
