Mortgage Closer

Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage closing team, the remote Mortgage Closer will manage the final stages of the mortgage loan lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinating closing activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan files to clear outstanding conditions and manage an active closing pipeline
• Prepare and issue Closing Disclosures in compliance with CFPB and TRID requirements
• Coordinate with title companies and closing agents to confirm closing costs and ensure all documents are received

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of mortgage closing experience
• Solid understanding of residential mortgage lending and closing processes
• Strong knowledge of CFPB regulations and TRID disclosure requirements
• Proficiency using mortgage software and Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
