Job Summary

To ensure timely and compliant loan closings, the full-time Mortgage Closer will prepare and review closing documents, collaborate with title companies, and verify funding conditions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with title companies and attorneys to finalize closing packages
• Verify loan terms and coordinate disbursement of funds through wire transfers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage closing or related roles
• Solid understanding of mortgage loan documents and regulatory guidelines
• Experience with eClosing and digital mortgage platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, TILA, and other applicable regulations
