Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Mortgage Closer will manage a high-volume pipeline, ensuring accurate and compliant loan closings while coordinating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and schedule mortgage loans for closing, ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Balance fees, draw and review closing packages for accuracy, and clear closing conditions
- Coordinate communication among borrowers, Mortgage Consultants, title companies, and internal teams
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential mortgage closing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mathematical aptitude and sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of mortgage compliance requirements and closing procedures
