Job Summary

Ensuring the accurate preparation and execution of loan documents, the full-time Mortgage Closer will manage the closing process remotely, collaborating with various stakeholders and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate closing processes with loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure timely execution
• Prepare and review all necessary loan documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while providing excellent customer service

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or associate degree with two years of relevant experience; or high school diploma with four years of relevant experience
• At least one year of progressive experience in mortgage loan processing
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and documentation requirements
• Familiarity with compliance regulations governing mortgage lending
• Experience with loan origination systems, document management software, and MS Office Suite
