Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Mortgage Closer/Funder will prepare Initial Closing Disclosures, troubleshoot closing issues, and manage a pipeline of 50-60 loans per month while ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send accurate Initial Closing Disclosures to borrowers
• Troubleshoot and resolve closing issues while prioritizing customer experience
• Audit signed closing packages and manage a pipeline of loans with precision

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience closing residential loans
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS and familiarity with other lending systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred based on experience
