Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer/Funder to facilitate the closing process for home loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send accurate Initial Closing Disclosures (ICDs) to borrowers
• Troubleshoot and resolve closing issues while maintaining a strong customer experience
• Review loan documents for compliance and accuracy, managing a pipeline of 50-60 loans per month

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience closing residential loans
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS or similar lending systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education may be preferred
• Experience working remotely and collaborating in a distributed team
