Job Summary

As a full-time hourly Mortgage Closer III, the successful candidate will prepare and submit loan closing packages for various loan types, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Verify compliance with company policies and applicable laws while preparing loan closing packages
• Review and confirm loan documentation accuracy, including final closing statements and title reports
• Communicate loan program requirements and status updates to internal teams and ensure timely loan closings

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred
• Five or more years of experience closing Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and preferably Bond and Jumbo loans
• Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and federal, state, and regulatory guidelines
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and third-party software applications
