Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer (Remote WA, ID, OR, CA).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the accurate and timely closing of residential loan applications through administrative and operational assistance
• Review closing documents for completeness and confirm required signatures, dates, and accuracy
• Communicate with internal partners and settlement agents to resolve missing or incorrect documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• One to two years of experience in mortgage closing or funding, including experience with FHA and VA loans (Required)
• Basic understanding of loan closing forms and mortgage documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
• General knowledge of business processes and basic accounting principles
