Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Track loans expected to close daily and ensure all closing documentation is accurate and complete
Review and verify closing documents, including title reports and insurance policies
Ensure compliance with company policies and risk management requirements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
Minimum five years' experience as a mortgage loan closer
Experience with Encompass software is required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
