Mortgage Closing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Closing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day closing department operations, including scheduling and workflow management
• Lead, mentor, and develop closing coordinators and title/escrow specialists
• Maintain compliance with federal and state requirements while supporting smooth, on-time closings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage closing experience
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Strong knowledge of residential closing processes and real estate law
• Familiarity with TRID/RESPA requirements and Closing Disclosure preparation
• Experience using LOS platforms such as Encompass or similar systems
