Mortgage Closing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team in the Eastern and Central Time zones, the full-time Regional Closing Manager will provide leadership and support to the Closing team, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines while managing the closing request pipeline and fostering relationships with branches and customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the closing request pipeline and rush request inbox to ensure timely closings
• Provide support and training to the Closing team while implementing cohesive guidelines
• Produce reports for senior management tracking productivity, quality, and efficiency

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage closing
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience in mortgage closing
• Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to the mortgage industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
