Job Summary

Managing the closing department, the full-time Mortgage Closing Manager will oversee staff performance, ensure successful mortgage loan closings, and maintain compliance with lending regulations while working remotely within specified states.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day management, training, and performance reviews for closing department staff
• Interface with title companies, clients, and real estate professionals to facilitate successful closings
• Manage the closing pipeline and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in mortgage closing
• Management experience in operations
• Understanding of various mortgage products such as FHA, USDA, and Conventional
• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
