Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Oversight - Closing and Funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement closing and post-closing workflows, SOPs, SLAs, checklists, and QC measures
• Oversee day-to-day operations with fulfillment partners to ensure consistent loan delivery and closing
• Collaborate with loan officers to identify and resolve closing or post-closing issues

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in closing and post-closing processes across diverse loan types
• Proven track record in developing workflows, training materials, SOPs, SLAs, and QC measures
• Proficiency in configuring closing and post-closing systems for efficiency and compliance
• Experience managing decentralized teams and strategic third-party fulfillment partners
• Experience in a fintech environment is strongly preferred
