Mortgage Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Closing Support Specialist to assist with closing processes and post-closing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Order third-party documentation and assist with trailing documents
• Schedule closing appointments and manage MERS registrations and reporting
• Reconcile and issue Post Consummation Closing Disclosures and track collateral

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Understanding of mortgage funding processes and loan documentation review
• Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook/Teams, and Word
• Comfort with digital tools and ability to learn new software/technologies
