Mortgage Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely closing of mortgage documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit all loan documents for accuracy and completeness
• Draft closing documents and assemble complete closing packages
• Collaborate with team members and third parties to coordinate title work and ensure accurate Closing Disclosures (CDs)

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage operations, including processing and disclosures
• Experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA) is preferred
• Highly organized with a strong focus on administrative tasks
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory timelines
