Key Responsibilities

Gather and verify information for loan submission and Closing Disclosure issuance
Monitor loan pipelines and ensure timely progression toward closing
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the closing process

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1+ years of combined client closing and customer service experience
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Closing Disclosure issuance
Associate's Degree preferred
Prior mortgage experience in Mortgage Closing is a plus
