Mortgage Closing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract Mortgage Closing Specialist I will manage loan closing data, ensure accurate Closing Disclosure issuance, and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate timely closings while working remotely for a duration of 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for loan closing data gathering to support accurate Closing Disclosure issuance
• Manage pipeline workflow and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure on-time closings
• Validate completeness and accuracy of loan data prior to Closing Disclosure issuance

Required qualifications

• Strong mortgage closing experience required
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage closing and/or customer service experience
• Experience issuing initial and final Closing Disclosures and closing documentation
• Strong PC skills, including spreadsheets and word processing
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
