Job Summary

Representing a leading mortgage provider, the remote Mortgage Closing Specialist will manage the loan closing process by preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating closings, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and distribute loan documentation and settlement statements
• Coordinate loan closings and manage the initial disbursement of funds
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, internal staff, and vendors throughout the closing process

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in mortgage closing or related fields
• Recent degree obtained within the last 5 years, with GPA and transcript if applicable
• Familiarity with title insurance processes and lending instruments
