Mortgage Closing Specialist

Job Summary

Taking charge of the loan closing process, the remote Mortgage Closing Specialist will prepare, review, and distribute loan documentation while coordinating closings and ensuring proper execution of lending instruments.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and distribute loan documentation and settlement statements
• Coordinate loan closings and initial disbursement of funds
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, internal staff, and vendors throughout the process

Required qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in mortgage closing or a similar role
• Recent degree obtained within the last 5 years, including cumulative GPA and transcript if applicable
• Strong understanding of title insurance processes
• Proven ability to identify and communicate problems effectively
• Personal drive to deliver high-quality work and impress clients
