Mortgage Closing Specialist

Job Summary

Taking responsibility for the loan closing process, the remote Mortgage Closing Specialist will prepare, review, and distribute loan documentation while coordinating loan closings and ensuring proper execution of lending instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and distribute loan documentation and settlement statements
• Coordinate loan closings and manage initial disbursement of funds
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, internal staff, and vendors throughout the process

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in mortgage closing or a similar role
• Recent degree obtained within the last 5 years, with GPA and transcript if applicable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and communicate problems
• Demonstrated personal drive to deliver high-quality work and impress clients
• Willingness to maintain an engaged mindset and positive attitude
