Mortgage Closing Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Closing Support Specialist who will assist in the mortgage closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Order third-party documentation and assist with trailing documents
• Schedule closing appointments and manage the completion of MERS registrations and reporting
• Reconcile and issue post-consummation closing disclosures and assist with collateral tracking

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is desired
• Understanding of mortgage funding processes and loan documentation review
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet critical deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook/Teams, and Word
• Recent experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
