Mortgage Closing Support Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the full-time remote Closing Support Specialist will manage quality control audits, monitor the pipeline for gaps, and ensure effective communication with homeowners and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control audits on staff and monitor pipeline gaps
• Handle all correspondence with homeowners, clients, and other stakeholders professionally
• Assist in new hire training and ensure compliance with investor guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years of experience in Collections, Loss Mitigation, or mortgage servicing
• Proficiency in Loss Mitigation workout types and agency guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC)
• Experience with MS Office Suite and LPS/MSP
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
