Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producing Team Lead, Mortgage Closing - West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and close a personal pipeline of loans while overseeing the closing department's daily activities
• Lead and manage the closing team to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with guidelines
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and support business growth

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior-level closing experience, including various loan types (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.)
• Prior leadership experience with the ability to mentor and motivate staff
• Thorough knowledge of federal, investor, and bank regulations
• Proficient with Encompass mortgage loan system and Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
