Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Trainer to design, deliver, and improve training for the Closing team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver structured onboarding and development curriculum for Closers
  • Build and facilitate skill-building sessions to enhance knowledge of the mortgage closing process
  • Conduct assessments to determine readiness and create targeted development plans
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on mortgage processing experience across multiple loan types
  • 1+ years of experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or employee development
  • Demonstrated success in a high-volume, deadline-driven mortgage operations environment
  • Strong understanding of mortgage operations processes and workflows
  • Experience creating and delivering structured training materials or learning programs
