Mortgage Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Collections Manager to oversee collections operations and staff management in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Collections and SPOC Department through supervisors and staff
• Develop and implement monthly collection strategies in compliance with guidelines and corporate goals
• Manage, coach, and develop staff while ensuring adequate training and adherence to policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 6-8 years of default experience with knowledge of default administration and compliance
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of investor, government, client policies, and performance metrics
