Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Outreach Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with consumers in early stages of mortgage loan default to collect past due payments
• Collect financial information, assess repayment ability, and arrange repayment plans
• Handle inbound calls regarding mortgage loan products and communicate compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• A combined 2 years' higher education and/or relevant work experience
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
