Mortgage Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Collections Supervisor to oversee the Collections department and ensure effective counseling of delinquent borrowers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of the Collections unit, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Manages Dialer campaigns and performs collection activities on challenging accounts
• Conducts staff performance evaluations, training, and development activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or relevant experience preferred
• Three years of collection experience in a mortgage servicing environment
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume setting
• Knowledge of debt collection regulations and loss mitigation mortgage workouts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contact center database applications
