Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Collections Supervisor to oversee a team managing delinquency for residential mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mortgage collectors to meet performance and compliance targets
• Oversee delinquency outreach and manage escalated borrower situations
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and monitor call quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, collections, loss mitigation, or related field
• 1-2+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience
• Working knowledge of mortgage regulations and investor guidelines
• Experience with mortgage servicing platforms and call center systems
• Prior experience supervising collections in a regulated financial environment (preferred)
