Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Partner (Mortgage).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise mortgage lenders and servicers on federal and state compliance, including TILA, RESPA, and fair lending laws
• Manage regulatory examinations and enforcement actions by the CFPB and state regulators
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance policies addressing regulatory risks and support operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including experience as an in-house attorney or General Counsel
• 3+ years of law firm training
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state where the candidate resides or practices
• Demonstrated success as a practical, business-focused legal partner
