Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diligence Auditor to perform quality control reviews on loan production.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit loan files for compliance with agency and investor guidelines
• Perform data integrity checks and collateral assessments on appraisals
• Review loan files for fraud indicators and ensure federal compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of underwriting or post-close/prefund audit experience in the mortgage industry
• Experience with government loans is essential
• Ability to research agency and product-specific guidelines
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Basic/advanced knowledge of mortgage documents and procedures
