Job Summary
Managing the daily operations of the Compliance Helpdesk, the full-time Mortgage Compliance Help Desk Manager will oversee compliance-related inquiries, provide team direction and training, and serve as the Subject Matter Expert for ComplianceAnalyzer in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the intake, triage, tracking, and resolution of compliance-related inquiries while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Provide direction and training to team members, including performance management and personnel actions
- Review and maintain training materials and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency in responses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, with additional qualifying work experience considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of five years' experience in the mortgage industry, particularly in compliance or operational roles
- Deep knowledge of federal regulations and state mortgage lending laws
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with Empower is a plus
