Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Mortgage Compliance and Examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit and examination management, serving as the primary contact for regulatory and internal audit engagements
• Own remediation planning and issue coordination, ensuring issues are documented and resolved effectively
• Manage regulatory filings and reporting obligations, overseeing timely completion of required filings and applications

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in audit and examination management within mortgage origination
• Strong understanding of core mortgage regulations (e.g., TILA, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA, SAFE Act)
• Proven experience managing responses to regulatory and internal audit engagements
• Ability to design and construct AI workflows and interfaces to improve efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage teams
