Mortgage Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and monitor federal and state mortgage regulations, maintaining a compliance calendar and serving as the primary contact for regulators
• Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to Loan Officer Compensation plans and overseeing various regulatory compliance areas
• Conduct internal audits, manage company licensing, and prepare MCR reports while providing ongoing compliance training and guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field
• 5+ years of mortgage compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
• Experience managing audits, licensing, and compliance management systems (CMS)
