Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and monitor federal and state mortgage regulations and maintain a compliance calendar
• Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures while ensuring Loan Officer Compensation plans comply with regulations
• Conduct internal audits, manage licensing, and prepare compliance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field
• 5+ years of mortgage compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
• Experience managing audits and licensing
