Mortgage Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer II - Mortgage Servicing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze laws and regulations to enhance compliance policies and procedures related to mortgage servicing
• Act as a liaison among business units, regulators, and auditors during compliance examinations and resolve compliance-related issues
• Prepare management reports on compliance reviews and legal changes, ensuring communication of necessary actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Professional experience in mortgage lending, servicing, or compliance
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws such as UDAAP, RESPA, TILA, SCRA, and HPA
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills
