Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Partner (Mortgage).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise mortgage lenders and servicers on federal and state compliance, including TILA, RESPA, and fair lending laws
• Manage regulatory examinations and enforcement actions by the CFPB and state regulators
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance policies and controls addressing regulatory risks

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house attorney experience
• Deep expertise in mortgage lending and servicing requirements
• Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
