Mortgage Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

Developing and administering compliance risk management programs, the full-time Mortgage Origination Compliance Program Manager will ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations in mortgage lending while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for mortgage lending
• Track changes to laws and regulations, ensuring timely updates to disclosures and procedures
• Conduct vendor risk assessments and assist in managing compliance program activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage compliance
• Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws
• Familiarity with regulatory trends and enforcement actions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills
