Mortgage Condo Project Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Condo Project Analyst responsible for analyzing condominium projects for mortgage eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of condominium project documentation and assess eligibility based on agency guidelines
• Maintain accurate project files and prepare detailed reports summarizing analysis findings
• Stay updated on changes to condo project guidelines and provide guidance to internal teams on compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mortgage LOA, third-party doc specialist, processing, or condo project analysis
• Foundational understanding of condominium project documentation
• Baseline knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA condo guidelines
• Experience with automated underwriting systems feedback and reviewing loan conditions
