Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Consultant I (Virtual, US).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an active pipeline of loan applications to maximize loan closings and maintain margin goals
• Gather loan application data and build relationships with consumers to assist in loan decisions
• Partner with consumers, Realtors, and other teams to enhance referral relationships and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Specialized mortgage lending courses preferred
• Two years of mortgage origination or loan operations experience preferred
• Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS and meet Federal and State S.A.F.E. requirements
• Customer service-oriented with exceptional sales skills
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations preferred
