Mortgage Consultant I - NMLS Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Consultant I (Virtual, United States).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an active pipeline of loan applications to maximize loan closings while providing excellent customer service
• Gather loan application data and build consumer relationships to assist in making informed loan decisions
• Partner with consumers, Realtors, and other stakeholders to build referral relationships and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Specialized mortgage lending courses preferred
• Two years of mortgage origination or loan operations experience preferred
• Customer service-oriented with strong sales skills
• Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS and meet Federal and State S.A.F.E. regulations
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations preferred
