Mortgage Content Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Mortgage Content Manager will develop and deliver high-value mortgage banking operations content, including e-learning modules and digital materials, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and drive digital traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop editorial calendars and design industry-related content that incorporates various learning styles and practical exercises
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify content opportunities and learning objectives
• Create and maintain engaging e-learning and digital content on mortgage operations, including webinars and presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting operations, training design, or writing-focused roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to create compelling presentations that drive engagement and knowledge retention
