Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondent Credit Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of loan files to ensure compliance with internal policies and investor requirements
• Coordinate communication with lenders and internal staff to address conditions and file movement
• Manage pipeline reports to maintain data accuracy and ensure timely processing of loan files

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of mortgage industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Underwriter
• Strong competency in reviewing and signing off underwriting conditions
• Experience in customer service-focused roles
• Byte system experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
