Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Service Advocate to handle escalated customer complaints and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, resolve, and respond to customer complaints across various channels
  • Interface with customers regarding escalated complaints and communicate next steps
  • Maintain accurate documentation and engage necessary resources for complaint resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience in a legal customer complaint environment and residential mortgage servicing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to work Pacific Standard business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
